Individual Counseling

In 45-minute sessions, we will focus on understanding the importance of the mind and body connection in the therapeutic process. We will also focus on diagnosis and resolving problematic behaviors and beliefs. We may also discuss relationship issues, feelings, and physical responses that surface as a result. We will spend a significant amount of time discussing and understanding one’s past; looking at it and discussing it introspectively, and analyzing it with the hope of resolving past issues while simultaneously developing strategies to create a stable, happy, and healthy future starting with oneself. Couples Counseling

Intimacy deepens when partners share their most vulnerable thoughts and feelings with each other. In order to open up to your partner and share yourself in such a vulnerable way, you must know that your partner is emotionally available to respond to your feelings and needs. You may not know how to reach out to your partner and your partner may not know how to support you. Or perhaps you have become stuck in your old and painful patterns, leaving you feeling closed and guarded. In 45-minute sessions, we will help you tune into your own primary emotions that may fuel negative interaction cycles, whilst helping you and your partner develop a means to communicate empathically and strengthen trust and intimacy.

Family Counseling

Family therapy is incredibly effective to keep together the family unit. Each member explores their role in the family, and communication skills are strengthened to build nurturing and loving experiences. Family therapy is geared to heal the family as a whole. In 45-minute sessions, we will work with the family as a unit to address interpersonal stressors and help members develop greater sense of trust, respect and affection for one another.

Kids tell us they need help in lots of different ways: some kids become withdrawn & secretive, others become moody & volatile, & some begin to struggle in school and/or at home.

Child therapy is an effective & helpful way to better understand these behaviors and implement tools to overcome challenges.

We work with parents to help them understand these behaviors & educate them on effective use of new tools at home.

Therapists at Creative Care Group use a combination of Play-based therapy, CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), Solution-focused therapy, & Attachment therapy

The world can be a stressful place, and the worries of everyday life can be overwhelming. To help cope with these feelings, many people turn to pets as a source of comfort. But an Emotional Support Animal (ESA) is much more than just an ordinary pet.

Individuals that suffer from a disability in the form of a mental illness have found that the presence of a loving, devoted dog can help them navigate their way through the struggles that arise from their condition.
