Here at Creative Care group, We strongly believe that to be the best version of ourselves we must start by practicing self love.

What is self love? Being kind, patient, gentle and compassionate with yourself.

We are psychotherapists providing you quality, empathetic, non-judgmental care. Each therapist has a unique approach and creates a treatment plan based on the need of each individual client.

Services

We offer a range of services from individual counseling to EMDR, child-adolescent counseling, family counseling, grief counseling and much more. Whether it's in-person or via telehealth, our counselors are dedicated to helping you achieve mental health wellness at your convenience.

Individual Counseling

In 45-minute sessions, we will focus on understanding the importance of the mind and body connection in the therapeutic process. We will also focus on diagnosis and resolving problematic behaviors and beliefs.

Couples Counseling

In 45-minute sessions, we will focus on overviewing the importance of companionship, trust and empathic communication in relationships. We will also focus on developing strategies for healthy conflict resolution.
